I came across this when looking for a Canadian substitute for the protein powder I was using. It tastes good, dissolves well (I usually have it in oatmeal), and it's a great price. Happy to buy Canadian!

I bought the ultimate greens piña colada flavor. It tastes great, dissolves well and is now part of my daily routine. I’m definitely going to buy it again.

Just something we noticed recently with the above flavour.
It does not seem to blend as well as the vanilla. Just a hmmmm from us.

Its impossible to feel the benefits of fish oil. I can say, the reported quality check the boxes. Price for this product is more than reasonable. This will be my go to.

Really good option if you want to:

a) avoid additives and artificial flavourings
b) get a good price on whey protein isolate
c) support a family owned and run Canadian business

Worked out Thrive’s price per gram of protein content and it compares really well to similar brands like GoodProtein, Diesel, and Biosteel.

Tastes good as a shake with water, use it in overnight oats recipes too. Taste is less strong than other brands but it’s a good trade off to avoid all the additives and flavours added in other brands’ whey isolate.

Great brand, and clearly a lot of attention and quality goes into the process.
