If you're looking for a pre-workout that tastes like candy, this probably isn't it. Pre-workout ingredients such as citrulline malate, beta-alanine, and L-tyrosine are naturally bitter. Most brands mask this with artificial sweeteners like sucralose. We don't.

Instead, we use stevia and natural flavours, so you may notice a little more of the ingredients themselves. That's a trade-off we intentionally make because we believe serious athletes deserve a clean, fully dosed formula rather than an artificially sweet one.

How does IGNITE compare to other pre-workouts?

IGNITE was developed around the scientific evidence, rather than simply adding as many ingredients as possible. The result is a formula with research-backed doses of caffeine, beta-alanine, citrulline malate and betaine, without unnecessary ingredients.

How much caffeine is in IGNITE, and when should I take it?

A full scoop (19 g) contains 240 mg of caffeine, roughly equivalent to two to three cups of coffee. Half a scoop provides 120 mg. Mix with 500 mL of water and take 15 to 30 minutes before training.

Why does my skin tingle after taking IGNITE?

This is caused by beta-alanine, which can produce a harmless tingling sensation known as paraesthesia. It's a common, temporary side effect that typically fades within an hour. The tingling itself isn't an indication of whether the supplement is working. If you find it uncomfortable, try starting with half a scoop.

Why does IGNITE taste different from other pre-workouts?

Several of IGNITE's active ingredients, including citrulline malate and beta-alanine, have a naturally bitter taste. Many pre-workouts use artificial sweeteners such as sucralose or acesulfame potassium to mask this. IGNITE uses natural flavours and Reb M stevia instead, so some of that bitterness remains. The result is a less sweet taste than many conventional pre-workouts, with no artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.

Is IGNITE third-party tested?

Why doesn't IGNITE contain creatine?

Creatine is one of the most thoroughly researched and effective sports supplements, but its benefits come from consistent daily supplementation rather than taking it immediately before exercise. It's also inexpensive and easy to take separately. We chose to leave it out of IGNITE rather than increase the serving size and cost with an ingredient that's better taken on its own.
