I didn't and one serving has 35% of daily sodium. It might be fine for someone who works out, jogs etc. but I don't.

So yummy! It’s a treat in the day.

I mix this with creatine and it tastes great. Some people say it taste too sweet but as long as there is no sugar it doesn't bother me.

I have tried many of the Greens supplements in the past and they have always left me feeling unwell, with a very earthy taste that lingered. Thrive Ultimate Greens does not do that, and is the most pleasant tasting greens supplement I have tried. I’m sticking with this one!
