Clean, Simple Hydration

Thrive Hydrate is an electrolyte powder with scientifically balanced ratios of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium to support hydration, endurance, and recovery.

The electrolytes in Hydrate replenish what’s lost through sweat without added sugars, fillers, or artificial flavours or colours. Whether you're training, working outdoors, or simply staying active, Thrive Hydrate provides the essential minerals your body needs to perform and feel its best. Like all Thrive products, it’s proudly made in Canada.

The 4 Essential Electrolytes

Scientifically balanced for optimal hydration

Sodum (Na⁺) 800mg

Crucial for fluid balance, nerve signaling, and muscle contractions.

Potassium (K⁺) 300mg

Supports heart function, muscle contractions, and nerve impulses.

Calcium (Ca²⁺) 50mg

Important for muscle function, nerve transmission, and bone health.

Magnesium (Mg²⁺) 50mg

Helps with muscle relaxation, nerve function, and energy production.

The Science of Electrolytes

When we exercise, do physical work, or spend time in warm conditions, we typically lose between 0.5-2.0 litres of sweat per hour (1, 2), and in every litre of sweat, we excrete 900-3000 mg sodium, 80-200 mg potassium, 15-60 mg calcium, and 5-20 mg magnesium (3, 4, 5)

Although the standard government advisory is to consume 2,300 mg of sodium per day (U.S. FDA, 2021), this is only appropriate for sedentary people and does not apply to those who are physically active.

Salts provide our body with essential electrolytes necessary to function optimally. Lacking electrolytes can lead to improper muscle function, headaches, cramping, and low energy, which can be a huge detriment to health and athletic performance (6)

This is why Thrive Hydrate exists—to offer the essential salts with no junk ingredients. Just simple, clean hydration to make sure that you perform your best.

FAQ

Answers to our most commonly recieved questions.

Where is Thrive Hydrate made?

We manufacture Thrive Hydrate in Ontario, Canada.

What makes Thrive Hydrate different to other electrolyte blends?

Unlike many electrolyte blends on the Canadian market, Thrive Hydrate offers optimized ratios of all four essential electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Many competing products contain too little of certain electrolytes to be truly effective. Thrive Hydrate also uses the cleanest ingredient profile possible. While most alternatives include silicon dioxide as an anti caking agent, we use rice hull instead to prevent clumping. We also use spirulina for colour and natural flavouring. Despite keeping things clean, Thrive Hydrate tastes truley amazing and also delivers unparalleled value with its 75 serving container.

How do I prepare it?

Simply mix 1 scoop with 500ml-1000ml of cold water depending upon desired flavour strength.

Is it third party tested?

Yes, Thrive Hydrate is third-party tested for contaminants and heavy metals.

Great Canadian option

I decided to try Thrive’s hydration mix because I was looking for a good electrolyte replacement for after hard workouts. Thrive was one of the only brands I found that had an adequate amount of sodium. So many other electrolyte products don’t even tell you what is in them! I’m happy with the drink mix and it’s perfect after a long run. I’m holding my breath for more flavours!

From AG1 & LMNT to supporting local!

I was taking AG1 & LMNT daily (for at least a year and a half) and had no problems with them; but with the global economy in mind, I wanted to find the same thing in Canada. Little did I know there was a place in Collingwood, as I live in Kingston, that offered both greens and electrolyte powders. It's been about a month since I switched over and the main difference I can notice is my appetite has been satiated a bit so I am slightly leaner than before. No drops in performance or energy levels, just around 5-10 lbs.

So I'm very happy to continue using these, with the added benefit that overall I am spending less money monthly too! Keep on keeping on!

They are good

But I find them ( the hydrate and greens) very sweet. We don’t do a lot of sugar here and I appreciate it is sweetened with Stevia. It’s just more of a sweet taste then I would like.

Love this product, especially in blue raspberry!

Great product! Clean, high in sodium, and really good value relative to competitors. To top it off, love supporting Canadian! Looking forward to trying the other flavours!

Thrive is alive!

First time user of your Hydrate and Protein powder. Enjoyed both very much. Just enough flavour in the salt, glad to switch from LMNT. Liked your back story, and wish your family lots of success.
