I have finally found a protein that has good flavour and consistency. I have the strawberry and creme, mix my ultimate greens in along with fruit and have a complete protein and veggie lunch.
I will switch between milk and water and find this holds me over until dinner.

Thrive hydration is my best thing to help with my craby crampy muscles. Strawberry Lemonade is hard (probably) impossible to beat. The new watermelon flavour is a delightful alternative. A little lighter so wonderful in it's own right. The samples were interesting and fun. The Matcha is still my favorite but my daughter has asked for us to get a vanilla protien in the house. I train for years and have never used a performance shake. Before buying anything and I did some research and I ended up with a suggestion, Thrive, a Canadian company.
