Haven’t had these (Thrive Hydrate ) very long but so far I am pleased. I am 76 yr old man with enlarged prostrate wth accompanying bladder issues. I have found so far that I am less likely to make frequent mid nite trips to the bathroom when I take the hydrate. Long story short I feel better throughout the day when properly hydrated.

I researched Electrolytes before purchasing as I was looking for the best product I could find, with the right combination of Sodium, Potassium, and Magnesium, and sweetened with Stevia.
