Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and fulfilled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thriveprotein.ca with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order if it has not yet entered fulfilment. A fee may apply depending on the circumstance. 

Please note that once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
