A have no bloating after 5 days so very happy about that. Too soon to comments otherwise.

I decided to try Thrive’s hydration mix because I was looking for a good electrolyte replacement for after hard workouts. Thrive was one of the only brands I found that had an adequate amount of sodium. So many other electrolyte products don’t even tell you what is in them! I’m happy with the drink mix and it’s perfect after a long run. I’m holding my breath for more flavours!

I have tried many products like these from other online companies and in store. So far as I have only had one month it was good. I felt I had more energy and felt fuller longer. Just waiting for my next month to arrive 😁

Ultimate Greens

I was taking AG1 & LMNT daily (for at least a year and a half) and had no problems with them; but with the global economy in mind, I wanted to find the same thing in Canada. Little did I know there was a place in Collingwood, as I live in Kingston, that offered both greens and electrolyte powders. It's been about a month since I switched over and the main difference I can notice is my appetite has been satiated a bit so I am slightly leaner than before. No drops in performance or energy levels, just around 5-10 lbs.

So I'm very happy to continue using these, with the added benefit that overall I am spending less money monthly too! Keep on keeping on!

I’m not a big breakfast eater so enjoy the taste and the ease of making a smoothie. A scoop of the vanilla protein powder and a scoop of the mango pineapple greens and I’m happy. I do find it better to mix with a hand blender if you want it really smooth.

This iced coffee protein is very tasty!

Love this I haven't been sick since I started using it 8 months ago.

Just had my first order and it is delicious. Blended well in my smoothie and has a great vanilla flavour! And I love that it's made right here in Ontario!

I am relly enjoying my ultimate greens. I especially love the strawberry & kiwi. It is smooth and great when sliglhtly chilled.

I was a little skeptical at first when buying the iced protein coffee, however when I did get it and try it I really like it. It mixes very well and it's not gritty. The flavor is perfect. Definitely will be on my repeat orders.
