Hi Gillian, when my Order had arrived it was early afternoon. I mixed one scoop with some water with my shaker that I also purchased with my order. I honestly noticed a difference that day. I had more energy, I was more focused and I felt better all around. I take one scoop with water religiously now when I first wake up whether it’s in the morning or afternoon. I work 12 hour continental shifts so sometimes I work days and nights in the same work week. It’s made a huge improvement during work and my hour drive home. I’m more focused and I have more energy to make it through a 12 hour day. However the real impact has been on my night shifts. Normally I feel run down and nauseous and kind of like a zombie when I work our 3 night shift weekend which is Friday Saturday Sunday nights. The difference was honestly incredible. I wasn’t exhausted, I didn’t feel nauseous and i didn’t feel like a zombie throughout the weekend especially on Monday morning when I was finished. I’ve told my colleagues and my family and friends how amazing your product has made a impact on my overall health and wellbeing

We are on our second month of using the Ultimate Greens and the Plant Based Protein. We use both every morning as a healthy start to our day. The Mango Pineapple Greens taste amazing! The shaker mixes it up easily, with no clumping. It's our healthy shot every morning. I've tried both vanilla and chocolate of the plant based protein and both taste great. If I'm on the go I just mix a scoop of protein with water and mix it in the shaker. I've been so impressed with the taste and texture, no chalky taste or grainy texture. If I'm at home, and have more time, I mix the protein in the Vitamix with frozen berries, and both flavours have tasted great with berries. Really loving this protein, better than any I've tried previously. Great job Thrive!

I was looking to replace my previous green drink and was thrilled to find a green drink that is not only Made in Canada but is half the price! I ordered the unflavoured powder but might change this for my next order as I found it a bit too “earthy” of a taste … in saying this I have found that adding a flavoured water enhancer the taste is now fine. My sensitive gut welcomes the relief provided by Ultimate Greens and I appreciate the convenience it adds to ensuring balanced daily nutrients. I am happy to continue to support this wonderful product!

I am on a new weight loss journey with a weight loss coach who has me in taking a lot of protein daily as well as I love a good Matcha latte, so seeing this product I had to buy as I believed that I would have the best of both worlds and I was right! This Matcha protein powder is delicious and easy to digest. I’ve tried a few different protein powders, but never Matcha until now. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this company as I am Canadian and love trying to support Canadian companies! This is my new go to source of protein for a high protein Matcha latte I look forward to having each morning! When I get a little bit more money, I plan on trying the chocolate protein powder next. :)
